Podio Projects and Deliverables Automation

Studio 3V is a creative studio for Architectural Environments. They use Podio to manage their client projects and collaborate internally.

They wanted to take the drudgery out of creating deliverables for every project as this is manually done each time, and is very tedious. They also wanted projects to be more informative.

Collaboratively, we came up with a few nice automation steps using GlobiFlow for Podio that: * Create all Deliverables automatically when a Project changes status * Automatically keeps each Project's progress to be the average of all related Deliverable progresses
